We are not authorised by the Financial Services Authority. However, we are included on the register maintained by the Financial Services Authority so that we can carry on insurance mediation activity, which is broadly the advising on, selling and administration of insurance contracts. This part of our business, including arrangements for complaints or redress if something goes wrong, is regulated by Solicitors Regulation Authority. Our reference no in the FSA Register is LS 426547 Whilst there are many insurance companies that can provide you with insurance products we arrange various contracts of insurance for the Catlin Insurance Company (UK) Limited who are regulated by the Financial Services Authority. For this service we are paid by this underwriter. This fee does not affect the premium payable by you. The premium is determined solely by the proposal form that you complete which sets out your personal circumstances. We do not sell, rent, loan trade or lease any personal information recorded at our site. We do not use cookies for collecting user information about you except that required for system administration of the web server. Policy documentation and information If you wish to make use of our online services to obtain a quotation for the product you select you will be taken through to the secure area of the Website (recognisable by 'https:' in the address bar of your browser) where you will be required to register and obtain a secure personal ID which will then provide you with access to the on line proposal form. When you complete the on line proposal form you will receive a quotation for the product you selected. As you have been provided with a secure account you will be able to log into the system using your password and view your proposal form and any information we post for you. We will also provide documentation and information in respect of the policies we arrange and administer through the Website, including key policy information, policy terms and conditions and other important legal information.
