This website (“Website”) is made available to you by ReOrient Legal Limited (CRN 4678884) a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 148 Leadenhall Street London EC3V 4QT. The terms and conditions that apply to you regarding the use of this Website for the purposes of obtaining an insurance quotation and policy (“Terms of Use”) are set out below. We are not authorised by the Financial Services Authority. However, we are included on the register maintained by the Financial Services Authority so that we can carry on insurance mediation activity, which is broadly the advising on, selling and administration of insurance contracts. This part of our business, including arrangements for complaints or redress if something goes wrong, is regulated by Solicitors Regulation Authority. The register can be accessed via the Financial Services Authority website at http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register. Our reference no in the FSA Register is LS 426547 Whilst there are many insurance companies that can provide you with insurance products we arrange various contracts of insurance for the Catlin Insurance Company (UK) Limited who are regulated by the Financial Services Authority. For this service we are paid by this underwriter. This fee does not affect the premium payable by you. The premium is determined solely by the proposal form that you complete which sets out your personal circumstances. We do not sell, rent, loan trade or lease any personal information recorded at our site. We do not use cookies for collecting user information about you except that required for system administration of the web server. The provision of insurance by us is incidental to our core business activities. It is our duty however to act in your best interests. When you access the Website these Terms of Use will apply in respect of our services. We recommend that you read our terms of business carefully and that you print out a copy for your records. Policy documentation and information If you wish to make use of our online services to obtain a quotation for the product you select you will be taken through to the secure area of the Website (recognisable by 'https:' in the address bar of your browser) where you will be required to register and obtain a secure personal ID which will then provide you with access to the on line proposal form. When you complete the on line proposal form you will receive a quotation for the product you selected. As you have been provided with a secure account you will be able to log into the system using your password and view your proposal form and any information we post for you. We will also provide documentation and information in respect of the policies we arrange and administer through the Website, including key policy information, policy terms and conditions and other important legal information. Before applying for an online quotation or online cover you should read this documentation and information carefully to ensure that you understand the contents. You may wish to print out this information and documentation for your records, although, should you choose to take out online cover through the Website, we will send you all documentation relating to your policy within 7 working days. All reasonable endeavours will be made to resolve the complaint and a satisfactory solution reached. We will write to you within 28 days of us lodging a complaint.
